These terms apply to primeseatingny.com and to orders and messages with Prime Seating (“Prime Seating”, “we”, “us”), a business owned by Mechel Berger, sole proprietor, 95 Stockton St #1, Brooklyn, NY 11206.
Products, prices and availability
Photos are real photos of each chair; colors can look slightly different on screens. Prices on the site are “about” prices per chair, based on the order size shown, and are confirmed in your quote before you order. Stock and arrival dates change daily and are confirmed when you order. Delivery usually takes 10–15 days.
Orders
An order is accepted when we confirm it with you by phone, text or email. Delivery, assembly and payment details are confirmed in writing before you pay.
SMS Terms (text messages)
- Program name: Prime Seating Text Updates. Sender: Prime Seating, 929.556.6778.
- What we text: appointment confirmations, order and delivery updates, and replies to your inquiries (quotes and customer care). You opt in on our Text us page or by texting us first.
- Message frequency varies.
- Message and data rates may apply.
